Neurowise physiotherapy was formed by Fran, a fully insured Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Neurology, falls prevention & balance.

Meet

Fran

Fran is a registered member of the Health & Care Professions council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Neurology (ACPIN). Outside of Neurowise, Fran also works part-time for the NHS as a community stroke and neurology specialist physiotherapist.

Our Sessions

All physiotherapy sessions at Neurowise Physiotherapy are conducted as one-to-one home visits in Chippenham and surrounding areas, including Swindon, Bath & North East Somerset & South Gloucestershire.

Care home visits are also available on request for specialist advise, one-to-one visits and group exercise/balance classes.

An initial assessment will involve your physiotherapist listening and taking a detailed history of your current concerns to best understand your needs and goals for rehabilitation. Following this, a tailored assessment will be carried out, which may include assessing your movement, strength and function. We will then formulate an individualised treatment plan together to help achieve your goals. Neurowise physiotherapy will be on hand between sessions to answer any queries, provide specialist advice and review your progress.

Appointments available:
Initial assessment (1 hour)
Follow-up sessions (45 mins)
Block booking packages available where applicable (Block of 10 follow up sessions at a discounted rate following your initial assessment)
Virtual physiotherapy sessions (bespoke treatment via video link)

Please note that for appointments 5+ miles outside of Chippenham, an additional travel cost will apply
